the 1970’s and sold world famous steaks at
the Peppermill Steakhouse from 1986-2007. The Angus
program in place at the Joseph Angus Ranch in Winner,
South Dakota is a comprehensive compilation of the extensive breeding,
feeding, and retail knowledge of America’s beef
industry we have developed over the last three decades.
 The
Joseph Angus herd was designed with the fundamental desire
to have
some of the best female influence the Angus breed has to offer.
The
foundation of this herd began with the help of some of the
best Angus
herds in the world: Sitz Angus Ranch, Harrison, MT; Vermilion
Angus
Ranch, Billings MT; and Stevenson Basin Angus, Hobson, MT.
